Acceptance of these terms

By using BeadDraw, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Permitted use

You may use BeadDraw for personal projects, teaching and education, nonprofit activities, professional work, and commercial or other business purposes. BeadDraw does not charge a usage royalty or impose a project-purpose restriction on patterns created with the application.

You remain responsible for applicable laws and any rights or obligations that apply to your source material, finished work, products, or business.

Your images and source material

You must own, license, or otherwise have permission to use every image, logo, character, photograph, illustration, trademark, or other material you process with BeadDraw.

Using BeadDraw does not give you copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights in third-party material. Converting an image into a bead pattern does not remove permissions required for the original image or resulting work.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the materials you choose, the patterns and exports you create, and how you use, publish, sell, or distribute the resulting work. You are responsible for obtaining all required permissions, licenses, and approvals.

BeadDraw does not review source images and is not responsible for copyright claims, trademark claims, licensing disputes, privacy claims, or other consequences arising from your material or generated patterns.

Your content remains yours

BeadDraw does not claim ownership of your source images, original designs, saved projects, or exports. Images and projects are processed locally as described in the Privacy Policy.

Application availability and results

BeadDraw is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or that generated colours, quantities, patterns, and exports will perfectly match physical materials.

Review patterns, material lists, and exports before relying on them for purchases, production runs, or customer orders.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, BeadDraw and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the application, inability to use it, loss of locally stored projects, source-material disputes, or reliance on generated results.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-party names and changes

References to manufacturers, product names, colour numbers, or trademarks help identify compatible materials and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement. We may update these terms as BeadDraw changes; the date above identifies the current version.
